1. Introduction
Welcome to Qubits Global (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern all online sales and transactions conducted through our B2B platform (shop.qubitsglobal.com) By placing an order with Qubits FZE LLC, the buyer (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) agrees to these terms.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or placing any order.
2. Products and Availability
2.1. Qubits specializes in electronic accessories, including but not limited to mobile charging cables, data cables, adapters, hubs, power chargers, and related accessories.
2.2. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are provided for general reference and may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or improvements.
2.3. Product availability is subject to stock levels. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT, duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier cost changes, or market conditions.
3.3. Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Advance Payment (100%) prior to shipment for new customers.
- Net 7 Days from invoice date for approved business
accounts.
3.4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, subject to prior approval.
3.5. Qubits reserves the right to withhold delivery or cancel orders in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
4. Orders and Acceptance
4.1. All orders placed through our website are considered an offer to purchase and are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Qubits.
4.2. Once accepted, a Sales Order Confirmation or Invoice will be issued to the buyer.
4.3. Qubits may refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, order size, and destination within or outside the UAE.
5.2. Standard delivery time within the UAE is 2–3 Weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address or handover to the courier (as per agreed Incoterms).
5.4. Shipping fees and agreed terms will be in quotation.
5.5. Qubits is not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance issues, or other events beyond its control.
6. Inspection and Acceptance
6.1. The buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
6.2. Any discrepancy, shortage, or damage must be reported in writing to Qubits within 24 hours of delivery.
6.3. Failure to notify within the specified time constitutes full acceptance of goods as delivered.
7. Returns and Replacements
7.1. Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, subject to prior approval.
7.2. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
7.3. Custom orders, clearance items, and bulk-discount purchases are non-returnable.
7.4. Approved returns will be repaired, replaced, or credited at Qubits discretion after inspection.
7.5. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product was incorrectly supplied or found defective under warranty.
8. Warranty
8.1. Qubits products are covered under a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of invoice, against manufacturing defects only.
8.2. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper handling, physical damage, modification, or normal wear and tear.
8.3. Qubits liability under warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit, at its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Qubits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.
9.2. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoiced value of the goods in question.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All website content, product descriptions, trademarks, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Qubits or its licensors.
10.2. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
